Sennebogen and Molson are perfect partners because we both put the customer first and foremost in everything we do. With Molson, you can see this in our unrivalled service and support, and with Sennebogen, you can see it in the attention to detail they put into their operator cab designs.

Sennebogen understands that the most important component of any construction, demolition or materials handling equipment is the operator. They know that to get the most out of the power, reach and flexibility of their machines, they need to get the most out of the driver. That means ensuring comfort and safety for the full duration of every shift, every day.

That’s why Sennebogen place so much focus on their cabs, investing in extensive research and development to create the ultimate ergonomic workspace. Based on operator feedback, and designed to meet every need, the new Sennebogen G-series maXcab is the pinnacle of operator focussed engineering.

Comfort and climate

The new maXcab boasts unrivalled levels of operator comfort, with a wider, comfier seat to support prolonged working hours. Adaptable air suspension and fully adjustable armrests put the ergonomically positioned controls within easy reach, while optional seat air conditioning can further enhance driver comfort.

The cab itself is also fully air conditioned, with no less than ten built-in air glands to maintain an even circulation and an ideal ambient temperature inside the cab – whatever the weather outside. This keeps it comfortable on the coldest days and avoids the feeling of working in a glasshouse during the summer months.

Health and safety

The most noticeable feature of the new Sennebogen maXcab is the twin speakers on either side of the head rest. Known as the comfort audio system, these speakers use active noise cancelling technology to reduce harmful site noise by up to 50%, while also allowing clear communication with the operator.

The panoramic views from the large, unobstructed windows provide excellent visibility for the operators. This visibility is enhanced by the maXcab’s integrated displays, which give clear views of the danger zones around the machine via a series of safety cameras. These can be upgraded further to the Backeye 360 system, which completely eliminates blind spots around the vehicle. Well positioned displays also provide clear text displays of error messages and other warnings.

Creature comforts

Sennebogen appreciates that the cab is more than just a workspace, and so they’ve included a range of additional features to make the operator feel at home. That’s why they have also included a number of little extras that make a big difference to the wellbeing of an operator. This can lead to improvements in performance and productivity simply by enhancing their mood.

These additional considerations include USB charging sockets, a built-in radio with Bluetooth compatibility, and even an onboard cool box to keep drinks and snacks fresh on the warmest of days.
