If Molson did Summer Festivals…

Family values are part of the DNA of Molson Group. This was clear to see at the Group’s annual summer festival, held at Avon Valley Adventure & Wildlife Centre for staff and their families.
Rather than plumping for the traditional office Christmas party complete with beige buffet and drooping party blowers, the team at Molson took a different approach by inviting all staff and their families, from all UK locations, to attend an action-packed Summer Festival. And the sun even made an appearance too.
With over 500 guests in attendance, the Avon Valley Adventure Park site’s animal encounters, dinosaur valley and adventure play areas might have been enough to keep the whole family entertained for the day. But the event organising team did not stop there. The festival has plenty of other attractions to bring the party to life, including a collection of street food vendors and drinks stalls, sweet stalls, face painting, kids magic show, foam party and even a stage with live bands on all day.
Group Managing Director, Robin Powell said “I can’t thank everyone enough for making this such a special day. With many of the team and their families travelling from as far away as Inverness, there has been a great effort to just get everyone from across the business into one place, let alone all the fantastic work of the team that have organised the event.
“We are privileged to have a such a committed and hardworking team. This event gives a great platform for our team to introduce their families to our extended work family. And by sharing great experiences like this, we will continue to grow together”.
