COVID-19 UPDATE

We would like to inform you that we remain in a full operational status, whilst fully committed to ensuring the continued safety of both our staff and customers. All divisions of Molson Group will continue to follow the government guidelines, including advice on best practices for the duration of this pandemic.

Although this commitment will impact the way we work during this period, we will continue to deliver the same high level of service you have come to expect during normal circumstances. As government advice changes we may adapt our position, but we are currently implanting the following approach:

Sales:
Our sales team remain available to answer all your questions on our comprehensive range of new and used equipment. However, we kindly ask that appointments are completed via phone / video calls where possible.

Parts:
We are well positioned to continue fulfilling parts orders, thanks to a very strong parts stock level. By working with delivery partners, we also have a range of delivery options available that have been adapted to mitigate the spread of the virus.

Service:
Our service team will continue to provide an emergency breakdown service, but we ask that our customers understand that some planned maintenance work may be re-arranged as our staff level is impacted by self-isolation periods. 

Although only a light illness for most, we urge everyone to think about the people who need that extra level of care and do all you can to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
