Molson Young Plant Sales, Service Administrator Manager

The Candidate: 

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work efficiently within a busy office environment. The ability to multi task with strong organisational skills is important, together with an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organisation.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answer and log all service calls
  • Raise jobs accurately on in-house system
  • Coordinate jobs within Service Team
  • Accurate data entry processing of engineer iAuditor job cards onto our in-house system
  • Managing and maintaining the contract maintenance customers
  • Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts
  • Process Employee weekly expense forms
  • Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly
  • Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately

 

Work experience requirements:

  • Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and clear telephone manner

 

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
