The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work efficiently within a busy office environment. The ability to multi task with strong organisational skills is important, together with an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer and log all service calls
- Raise jobs accurately on in-house system
- Coordinate jobs within Service Team
- Accurate data entry processing of engineer iAuditor job cards onto our in-house system
- Managing and maintaining the contract maintenance customers
- Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts
- Process Employee weekly expense forms
- Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately
Work experience requirements:
- Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident and clear telephone manner
Education Requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
