Service Administrator-Part Time – Doune
Reports to: Service Office Manager
Type of position: Full-time
Hours: 20 Hours Per Week – With opportunity for overtime to cover holidays
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering and dealing with service calls
- Liaise with customers regarding progress of repairs/servicing
- Opening jobs on ERP
- Arranging with parts dept to book parts out required for servicing and repairs
- Schedule jobs to engineers
- Gatekeeping of Engineers Labour on ERP System. Ensuring it’s up to date and accurate at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
- Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately
Skill and Experience
- Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Full training will be provided
Education Requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English and Maths and IT
- Microsoft Office knowledge
