Service Administrator – Avonmouth
Reports to: Service Director
Type of position: Full-time
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Main Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry.
- Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts.
- Process Employee weekly expense forms.
- Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly.
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries
Skill and Experience
- Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Confident and clear telephone manner
Education Requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English and Maths and IT
- Microsoft Office knowledge
