Junior Fleet Administrator – Avonmouth
Reports to: Fleet Manager
Type of position: Full-time
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Main Responsibilities:
- Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in regards to company vehicles
- Manage the distribution and allocation of company vehicles
- Manage the distribution, allocation, reporting and reconciliation of all fuel cards issued
- Ensure vehicles are maintained to a satisfactory level including cleaning, servicing, MOT records, wear and tear reports
- Ensure that all service requirements are communicated clearly tot he driver of the vehicle
- Manage insurance documentation and process any insurance claims as swiftly and effectively as possible
- Arrange estimates for all vehicle repairs, ensure repairs are authorised appropriately before repair work is carried out
- Manage, liaise and support any road side assistance requirements
- Input data into internal systems
- File and maintain all necessary documents, include owner documentation
- Liaise with all third party service providers
- Ensure effective support of the fleet function
- Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
Current Vehicle Fleet:
Responsible for the current fleet of approximately 125 vehicles.
Skill and Experience
- Work experience within an office environment essential
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Work experience in a similar position is preferable
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work off own initiative
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
