Junior Credit Controller – Avonmouth

Reports to: Credit Team Manager

Type of position: Full-time

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cash allocation
  • Small ledger of customers to manage cash collection
  • Answering incoming telephone messages in a friendly and professional manner
  • General duties for example receiving and distributing incoming mail
  • Liaising with all employees regarding telephone messages
  • Issuing credit note/invoices/statement copies
  • Opening of new accounts
  • Credit limit review and database management
  • Service Contract Customers Database Management
  • Invoice query spreadsheet database
  • Manage email inbox
  • Providing copies of invoices and credit notes as required
  • Assist Credit Team Manager in such tasks as required

Skill and Experience

  • Work experience within an office environment essential
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Administration background
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English and Maths
