Service Administrator-Part Time – Doune

Reports to: Service Office Manager

Type of position: Full-time

Hours: 20 Hours Per Week – With opportunity for overtime to cover holidays

Main Responsibilities:   

  • Answering and dealing with service calls
  • Liaise with customers regarding progress of repairs/servicing
  • Opening jobs on ERP
  • Arranging with parts dept to book parts out required for servicing and repairs
  • Schedule jobs to engineers
  • Gatekeeping of Engineers Labour on ERP System. Ensuring it’s up to date and accurate at all times.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately

Skill and Experience

  • Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi task and prioritise own tasks as required
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Full training will be provided

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English and Maths and IT
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
