Molson Equipment, Sales Administrator

Reports to: Commercial Director

Type of position: Full-time

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Main Responsibilities:

  • Updating Equipment Data: equipment receipt dates, serial numbers, equipment specifications
  • Processing Equipment Sales Agreements: allocating equipment, raising workshop prep job sheets, raising proforma’s and invoicing
  • Ordering a wide range of new or used Plant & Equipment from OEMs nationally and internationally, maintaining accurate equipment records
  • Raising Equipment Purchase Orders, sub-contractor purchase orders, including processing goods receiving
  • Liaising with the sales team and workshop to ensure specifications are correct and machines will be ready for dispatch
  • Compilation and distribution of customer document packs

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Transport and Hire department
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately
  • Cover for the Sales Admin Team Leader as required

Work experience requirements:

  • Experience from a Plant, Truck, or Agricultural sales administration background advantageous but not essential
  • Able to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise own tasks as required
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Clear and confident telephone manner
  • Familiarity with dealer management systems

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT.
