Molson Equipment, Finance Assistant – Accounts Receivable

Reports to: Treasury Manager

Type of position: Full-time

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Main Responsibilities:

Pro active and enthusiastic, with a background in Finance Administration.

  • Cash allocation.
  • Monitoring of inbox.
  • Copies of invoices/credit notes/ statements.
  • Opening of new accounts.
  • Credit Limit review and database management.
  • Service Contract Customers database management.
  • Invoice query spreadsheet database.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Work experience requirements:

  • Background in Plant industry desirable.
  • Experience of working within a Finance team essential.
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT.
