Business Development Manager – Compact Equipment

Reports to: Sales manager – Compact Equipment

Type of position: Full-time

Hours: 40 Hours Per Week

Location: UK wide coverage – “Based from” location negotiable

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will have a proven track record in a sales capacity focussing on meeting ambitious growth targets and be able to provide a consultative sell to customers
  • Knowledge of the sector and how to win new business in either a construction or industrial environment
  • Potential and desire to grow as the business expands
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing business relationships with key Compact equipment accounts
  • Developing, maintaining new business relationships with potential new customers and generating business
  • Build relationships for Key & National Accounts

Education Requirements:

  • Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT.
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
