Service Administrator

Main Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work efficiently within a busy office environment. The ability to multitask with strong organisational skills is important, together with an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organisation.

  • Assisting the administration department, booking jobs onto the in-house system.
  • Raising and preparing quotations for customer repairs.
  • Keeping customers always updated and informed.
  • Accurate data entry.
  • Process Employee weekly expense forms and management of credit cards reports.
  • Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries and forward appropriately.

Work experience requirements:

  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries. Transport and/or hire desk experience preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.
  • Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
  • Ability to multi task.
  • Mathematically competent with good IT skills.
  • Confident and clear telephone manner.

Education Requirements:

Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT.
