Service Administrator

Main Responsibilities: 

The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work efficiently within a busy office environment. The ability to multitask with strong organisational skills is important, together with an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organisation.

  • Accurate data entry processing of engineer iAuditor job cards onto our in house system.
  • Managing and maintaining the contract maintenance customers.
  • Check / process fuel card and hotel receipts.
  • Process Employee weekly expense forms.
  • Post Duties & general filing daily/weekly.
  • Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries
  • Maintaining transport documentation (machines in and out) and stock list of machines on site.
  • Ensuring service records up to date, taking service calls.
  • Producing and maintaining documentation for new build machines

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Any other administrative tasks within capabilities
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and forwarding appropriately

Work experience requirements:

  • Work experience within an office environment preferred but not essential
  • Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries preferred but not essential
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
  • Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Confident and clear telephone manner
  • Good interpersonal skills

Education Requirements:

Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT
