Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and be able to work efficiently within a busy office environment. The ability to multitask with strong organisational skills is important, together with an ability to communicate effectively with all members of the organisation.
- Assisting the administration department, booking jobs onto the in-house system.
- Raising and preparing quotations for customer repairs.
- Keeping customers always updated and informed.
- Accurate data entry.
- Process Employee weekly expense forms and management of credit cards reports.
- Other ad-hoc duties to assist the Service Department as requested and answer customer telephone enquiries and forward appropriately.
Work experience requirements:
- Strong Administration background in Plant or similar industries. Transport and/or hire desk experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a busy, ever-changing environment.
- Good level of attention to detail and conscientiousness.
- Ability to multi task.
- Mathematically competent with good IT skills.
- Confident and clear telephone manner.
Education Requirements:
Good general level of Education including English, Maths and IT.
