Main Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls and emails from engineers and external customers, assisting with identification of all parts supplied by Molson
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to determine item specifics and availability
- Raising Parts and Service Parts Quotations
- Ensuring that all supplied goods are covered by cleared funds, either through assigning to credit accounts/work orders or taking card payments
- Raising Parts Sales Orders and arranging dispatch of goods either through direct manufacturer delivery or from stock inventory
- Raising Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently
- Undertake various projects around achieving stock and location accuracy
- Liaise regularly with the Parts and warehouse supervisor to update on progress and objectives
- Report back to manufacturer any issues with components not achieving wear rate, ensure warranty claims are processed for components
- Understand recommended service intervals and identify key parts that need to be stocked
- Organising invoices to be raised for all goods supplied
- Dealing with customer and engineer returns, credits, and refunds according to company policy
- Dealing with internal enquiries for parts identification, pricing, and availability
- Assigning parts to live jobs in the ERP system
- Co-ordination of parts throughout Molson Group warehouses
- Organise the development of the warehouse facility
- Undertake regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Drive a Forklift Truck to organise stock items in the desired pallet racking spaces assigned
- Responsible for goods in unloading, checking and ERP system receipting
- Responsible for goods out dispatch to include courier label printing and organisation
- To ensure that the Warehouse facility is kept clean and tidy and is well maintained
- Perform yard responsibilities when required to include washing of equipment, yard, storage areas and facilities
- Must ensure that any Health and Safety concerns are immediately escalated to Line Manager
- Must ensure that company supplied uniform, and PPE is always worn according to company policy
- To carry out any other duties required by Line Manager
Education Requirements:
- Good general level of Education including English, Maths, and IT

- Forklift Licence and Parts sales background required, Molson product training will be provided
