Essential Job Duties:
- On-site installing, configuring, and setting up equipment and systems at customer locations
- Maintenance and Repair to ensure equipment operates optimally and minimize downtime
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Site visits across various areas of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
- Clear and detailed documentation/reporting of work carried out and repairs necessary on engineer iPad to facilitate 100% warranty recovery
- Provide technical support to customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment
Additional Responsibilities:
- Care of company vehicles, reporting of defects
- Excellent communication with clients and internal teams

Education:
- General level of Education including English, Math, and IT
Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience of diagnostic tools and computers software including Engine diagnostics
- Adaptability to different work environments and situations
- Excellent level of attention to detail
- Preferred dealer experience but not essential
