Main Responsibilities:
Working within the Group Marketing department, under the guidance of the Group Head of Marketing in implementing digital marketing activity across all divisions of the Group in-line with the marketing strategy and brand guidelines. This will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and maintain website content.
- Assist in the implementation and delivery of the group SEM strategy.
- Research and present findings on the performance of digital marketing activity.
- Assist in the management of the group’s social media presence.
- Assist in coordinating and delivering digital internal communications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assisting with performance review and management of suppliers relating to SEM activity.
- Supplier engagement and communication to achieve marketing objectives.
- Customer engagement to coordinate content creation.
- Researching new opportunities, channels and services to enhance our digital marketing activities.
Work experience requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an agency or in-house marketing environment. The successful candidate will be able to display the following characteristics:

Education Requirements:
The successful candidate would ideally be educated to degree level with a qualification or 2.2 or higher in a relevant subject. However, this is not essential and the right attitude will be more important than education history.
IT skills: Must be literate with the following software:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator) is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience of using WordPress website CMS is preferred, but not essential.
- Familiar with social media activity planning and monitoring tools is preferred, but not essential.
- Familiar with Google Analytics and other web traffic monitoring tools is preferred, but not essential.
- Experience with PPC and Organic SEO activity is preferred, but not essential.
Any other details:
The successful candidate will need to be flexible and willing to travel throughout the West Coast of America, with a small amount of international travel also possible.
